Founder Log Week #2 – First MVP rollout and start of founder blog
- 3 minutes read - 599 words🧠 Weekly Overview
This was the final week of my dedicated sprint to build and ship the first working version of Menuvivo. I took a week of vacation to fully focus on my product. My focus shifted from building backend infrastructure to enabling real user feedback, going public, and activating the first growth loop. While some days were more productive than others, I pushed hard and ended with a blog, public MVP, and a few real user reactions.
It wasn’t perfect, but I now have a working product, a publishing engine, and momentum. That’s a solid foundation to build on

✍️ Lessons & Reflections
- Focused sprints work — I shipped more in one week than in months of scattered effort
- Real user feedback (even minimal) is a game changer
- Staying energized requires balancing output with real recovery
- Writing founder logs and reflecting helped me stay grounded
“I’m not just building Menuvivo anymore. I’m building myself as a founder.”
🎯 Plan for the next week
Next week I’ll work on Menuvivo in the mornings 1–3 hours a day, goals:
- start implementation of recipe engine, and building initial base of recipes.
- send out a newsletter to my waitlist asking for additional feedback.
- fix any issues raised by early users.
